Digital Performance Director.
Leading the iProspect performance teams for General Motors, Disney and a range of national (Australia) ecommerce clients. Team management, KPIs, reporting in to the senior leadership teams and maintaining profitability for the business through P&Ls.
Highlights include getting my work recognised internally and being promoted into a global role at the parent company, Dentsu.

Global Social Analytics Director.
Tasked with conceptualising, developing, launching and upselling a predictive analytics solution for our clients, enabling our teams to turn insights into foresights
Highlights included delivering under budget and 2 months early. Building a team of data scientists and collaborating with many of our teams globally was incredibly nourishing.
Publicis
Interim Business Director.
A tricky assignment, I was tasked with fixing a broken culture, one that showed mistrust, a lack of accountability and diminishing returns for the client (P&G).
Highlights include working with the production team based in India and allowing them the freedom of expression they needed to be able to excel at their work. I fostered a testing culture where a test that showed bad results was seen as a positive because it highlighted what shouldn’t be done. The team showed fantastic desire once they had developed trust, and were brought into client meetings, given ownership of projects and allowed to fail, if the test itself proved or disproved a hypothesis.
